I open all of may sessions with a guided meditation and somatic nervous system regulation. We begin to enter into a space where all emotions are invited to be present, witnessed, and honored. I see emotions as healthy and important messengers. When we are walking closely to grief, they can be tender. I strive to create a safe space for you to be held in compassion. I believe that by welcoming all of our emotions we are able to open our hearts to receive the healing we need.
From there I open up the session for you to share everything on your mind and what you are currently experiencing emotionally, somatically, and with communication to the soul of your loved one. We co create a session that is supportive of your needs and goals. I tend to like to work with emotions and grief first as that opens that space for us to connect into the heavenly realms with more ease.
Some sessions we move a lot of emotion and regulate your nervous system and others we spend a lot of time in connection with your loved one. I do bring messages through with the intention of them being supportive of your connection. I teach and mentor you to grow your abilities to connect with them. I do with with various forms of meditation techniques as well as exploring how you receive information. The Clairs are something we explore in depth so you grow your own awareness.
I assign you practices to keep growing and strengthening your abilities as well as regulate your nervous system. I teach you somatic practices like having and healthy ways to tend to your grief. We journey together side by side, empowering you to grow this new relationship.
